Bakalářská práce se zabývá měřením spokojenosti zákazníků a následnou implementací poznatků do praxe. Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzování spokojenosti zákazníků v obchodě Enter Polička a navržení řešení, která povedou ke zvýšení spokojenosti. The bachelor's thesis deals with measuring customer satisfaction and then implemen-ting knowledge into practice. The main objective of this work is to analyse customer satisfaction in the Enter Police store and design solutions that will lead to increased satisfaction.
