The Cooperation between social workers of public administration to help low-income families with more children

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo odpovědět na hlavní výzkumnou otázku: Jak spolupráce mezi pracovníky OSPOD a ÚP ovlivňuje pomoc rodinám s nízkými příjmy a nadstandardním počtem dětí? Práce je rozdělena do tří částí – teoretickou, metodologickou a analytickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny charakteristiky jednotlivých subjektů výzkumu a důležité pojmy související s tématem práce. V metodologické části je popsán zvolený typ výzkumu, vybraná výzkumná metoda, jednotlivé dílčí výzkumné otázky, průběh výzkumu a další jeho náležitosti. Vybranou metodou pro výzkum byly polostrukturované rozhovory s pracovníky obou institucí i se zástupci cílové skupiny. V analytické části jsou uvedeny rozkódované zjištěné údaje z výzkumu a odpovědi na jednotlivé dílčí výzkumné otázky. Diplomová práce končí závěrem, kde se nalézá odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku, dále doporučením pro praxi a pro další výzkum. Výzkum odhalil pozitivní i negativní vlivy spolupráce.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis was to answer the main research question: How the cooperation between workers of Office work and child protection services influence a help to low-income families with more children? The thesis is dividend into three parts – theoretical, methodological, analytical. In the theoretical part defines the characteristics of individual subjects research and important terms related to the theme of thesis. In the methodological part describes the selected type of research, selected research method, partial research questions, course of research and other his essentials. The selected method of research was semi-structured interviews with workers of both institution and with representatives of the target group. In the analytical part are listed decoded information of the research and the answers to partial research questions. The thesis ends with the conclusion, where to find answers to the main research question, further recommendation for practise and for further research. Research revealed positive and negative effects of cooperation.
