Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá podnikatelským plánem společnosti ATT Investments CZ SE, která působí na českém trhu v oblasti prodeje drahých kovů, šperků a investičních mincí. První část práce se věnuje podnikatelskému, marketingovému plánu a finanční analýze v teoretické podobě. V druhé části práce se využívají dané metody a poznatky z teoretické části na společnosti ATT Investments CZ SE. V třetí části této práce se nachází návrhová část, která na základě získaných výsledků a hodnocení z praktické části, přichází s návrhy ke zlepšení chodu společnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the business plan of ATT Investments CZ SE, a company operating on the Czech market in the field of precious metals, jewellery and investment coins. The first part of the thesis deals with business and marketing plan and financial analysis in theoretical form. In the second part of the thesis the methods and knowledge from the theoretical part are applied to the company ATT Investments CZ SE. In the third part of this thesis, there is a proposal part, which based on the results obtained and the evaluation from the practical part, comes up with suggestions to improve the operation of the company.
