Concept of Civil Protection Focusing on Education

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vzdělání žáků základních škol a gymnázií v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva a ochrany člověka za mimořádných událostí v návaznosti na koncepce ochrany obyvatelstva. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny pojmy z oblasti bezpečnosti a školství, jež jsou důležité pro pochopení a orientaci v této oblasti. Nachází se zde i výčet aktuálních hrozeb pro Českou republiku pro možnost reakce vzdělávacího systému na možná hrozící nebezpečí. Praktická část práce se zabývá analýzou jednotlivých koncepcí ochrany obyvatelstva a rámcových vzdělávacích plánů. Dále je tato analýza doplněna o dotazníkové šetření mezi žáky 9. tříd základních škol a kvart gymnázií. Mimo dotazníkového šetření je práce zaměřena na řízené rozhovory s náhodně vybranými vyučujícími na základních školách. Pro jednoznačnost odpovědi na výzkumnou otázku se praktická část doplňuje o stručnou SWOT analýzu, jenž napomáhá k podpoření dílčího závěru jedné z kapitol. V kapitole výsledky práce se nachází odpovědi na výzkumné otázky s jejich odůvodněním.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of education of primary and secondary school pupils in the field of civil protection and human protection in emergencies in relation to the concept of civil protection. In the theoretical part, terms from the field of safety and education are presented, which are important for understanding and orientation in this sphere. There is also a list of actual threats to the Czech Republic to enable the education system to react to possible imminent dangers. The practical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of individual concepts of civil protection and framework educational plans. Furthermore, this analysis is supplemented by a questionnaire survey among pupils of 9th grade primary schools and quarters of grammar schools. In addition to the questionnaire survey, the thesis focuses on guided interviews with randomly selected teachers and principals in primary schools. To answer the research question clearly, the practical part is supplemented with a brief SWOT analysis that helps to support a partial conclusion of one of the chapters. The results chapter of the thesis provides the answers to the research questions with their justification.
