Business plan for opening a new fitness center in Prague
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit konkurence schopný podnikatelský záměr na otevření nového fitness centra v Praze s ohledem na aktuální konkurenci. V teoretické části práce budou rozebrány důležité pojmy z problematiky zakládání nového podniku. Cílem praktické části bude ukázka toho, že fitness centrum je schopné na trhu konkurovat a nabídnout zákazníkům kvalitní služby a vyžití.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a competitive business plan for opening a new fitness center in Prague, taking into account the current competition. The theoretical part of the thesis will analyze important concepts related to starting a new business.
