Spectator violence in selected groups of adolescents and youth

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se bude zabývat problematikou diváckého násilí resp. mapování podílu mladistvých na tomto sociálně patologickém jevu, který vzniká spontánně, za přispění emocí a většinou i strhnutím jedince davem, tzv. davové psychózy, kdy při tomto jevu vznikají jak velké škody na majetku, tak dochází k útokům na život a zdraví osob, kdy tento jev má v poslední době vzrůstající tendenci. První část této práce bude zaměřena na historii a vývoj diváckého násilí v Evropě a v České republice až do současnosti. V druhé části budou specifikovány formy násilí a jeho vliv na mladistvého delikventa a bude zkoumáno toto protispolečenské chování ve věkových kategoriích 15 - 18 let, 18 -21 let, kdy se v této práci budu pokoušet podchytit biologické, psychologické a sociální faktory způsobující kriminální jednání těchto skupin s konečným vyhodnocením. Třetí část bude věnována prevenci a působení Policie ČR na stadionech při sportovních utkáních, vymezení působnosti PČR a pořadatelů včetně zákonných norem.

Abstract:

This thesis will deal with the issue of spectator violence resp. Mapping the proportion of juveniles in this socially pathological phenomenon that arises spontaneously, with the contribution of emotion and usually overturning individual crowd called. mass hysteria, which in this phenomenon occur in both major property damage and attacks occur on the life and health of people, when this phenomenon has recently been an increasing tendency. The first part will focus on the history and development of fan violence in Europe and in the Czech Republic until now. In the second part will be specified forms of violence and its impact on the juvenile offender and will be examined this anti-social behavior in the age category 15-18 years, 18 -21 years old when this work will attempt to capture the biological, psychological and social factors that lead to criminal behavior of these groups, with the final evaluation. The third part will be devoted to the prevention and the effect of police on the stadiums during sporting events, defining the scope of the Czech police and organizers, including legal standards.
