The coordination of activities of account officers in Volksbank CZ, Inc.
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá „Koordinací aktivit přepážkových pracovníků ve Volksbank CZ, a.s.“. Práce je zaměřena na využití manažerských nástrojů, kterými jsou reporting a koučink. Na analýze pobočky Volksbank CZ je rozebráno, jak je pomocí nástrojů možné zlepšit aktivity přepážkových pracovníků.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the coordination of activities of account officers in Volksbank CZ, Inc. The thesis is focusing on the use of management instruments that are reporting and coaching. The analysis of the Volksbank CZ branch is examining how these instruments improve activities of account officers.
