Abstract:

The thesis deals with the description of the financial and economic crisis in the U.S.through Europe and to its consequences for the Slovak economy open. The work consists of three chapters. The first chapter "The financial crisis, the private sector of the Slovak Republic and Slovak Republic public finances" is divided into three subsections. The first subsection describes the formation, evolution and consequences of the current financial and economic crisis of the U.S. through Europe to the Slovak Republic. In the second subsection is characterized by the private sector in the Slovak Republic. Also, this subchapter is devoted to describing the impact of global crisis on the private sector Slovak republic. The third subsection is devoted to public finance of Slovakia. The second chapter is devoted to a particular corporate - Dopravoprojekt, as this chapter describes the listed company and its major contracts. It is here analyzed the economic results of the years 2008 to 2010. The analys is performed on the basis of annual reports, balance sheet and incomestatement of the periods. The third chapter is devoted to proposals to mitigate the impact of the economic crisis of the aforementioned business entity.

Katedra financií a účtovníctva. Vedúci práce: Ing. Marcel Novák, PhD. Rok obhajoby: 2012. Počet strán: 97. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá popisom vzniku finančnej a hospodárskej krízy v USA cez Európu až k jej dôsledkom pre slovenskú otvorenú ekonomiku. Práca pozostáva z troch kapitol. Prvá kapitola „Finančná kríza, súkromný sektor slovenskej republiky a verejné financie slovenskej republiky“ je rozdelená na tri podkapitoly. V prvej podkapitole je popísaný vznik, vývoj a dôsledky vzniku súčasnej finančnej a hospodárskej krízy od USA cez Európu do Slovenskej republiky. V druhej podkapitole je charakterizovaný súkromný sektor v Slovenskej republike. Táto podkapitola je tiež venovaná popísaniu dopadov globálnej krízy na súkromný sektor Slovenskej republiky. V tretia podkapitola je venovaná verejnými financiami Slovenska. Druhá kapitola práce je venovaná konkrétnemu podnikateľskému subjektu – Dopravoprojekt, a.s. V tejto kapitole je popísaný uvedený podnik a jeho najvýznamnejšie zákazky. Zároveň sú tu analyzované jeho hospodárske výsledky z rokov 2008 až 2010. Analýza je uskutočňovaná na základe výročných správ, súvahy a výkazu ziskov a strát z uvedených období. Tretia kapitola práce je venovaná návrhom zmiernenia dopadu hospodárskej krízy na vyššie uvedený podnikateľský subjekt.
