Abstract:

Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaký postoj mají studenti CARITAS – Vyšší odborné školy sociální Olomouc k sexuální asistenci. Kvalitativní metoda byla zvolena pro tuto práci, aby mohlo být dosaženo stanovených cílů. Technikou výzkumu byl zvolen polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Tato práce je teoreticko-praktická. V teoretické části práce se nejprve zabývám oblastmi, které úzce souvisí se sexuální asistencí. První kapitola je zaměřena na oblast postojů. Je zde definován pojem postoje. Nadále je tato kapitola zaměřena konkrétní čtyři funkce postojů. V další, druhé kapitole se věnuji pojmu sexualita a také tabuizaci, se kterou je sexualita spojena. Tato kapitola je rozšířená a oblast postojů k sexualitě, konkrétně u osob s mentálním postižením. Dále popisuji mýty a předsudky, které se u osob s mentálním postižením v oblasti sexuality vyskytují. V kapitole také zmiňuji téma sexuální osvěty, zásady při poskytování osvěty a prevenci. Popis sexuální asistence je shrnut ve třetí kapitole. Kapitola zahrnuje organizaci, která se sexuální asistencí v České republice zabývá, dělení sexuální asistence, právní úpravu sexuální asistence. Dále jsou zde informace o vzdělávání sexuálních asistentek. V kapitole je také popsána praktická část zřízení této asistence. Empirická část zahrnuje popis zvolené metody pro výzkum. Dále popisuje využitou metodu, techniku sběru dat, výběr vzorku a způsob, jakým byla data analyzována. Dále se zabývám etickými otázkami výzkumu a možnými slabými stránkami práce. V další části práce odpovídám na výzkumné otázky. Jsou zde uvedeny výsledky provedeného výzkumu. Pro vyšší autentičnost jsem používala hlavně přímou citaci respondentů.

Abstract:

The goal of my thesis was to determine the attitude of students of CARITAS – College of Social Work Olomouc to sexual assistance. To achieve the goals I used qualitative method. As a technique I chose semi-structured interview. This work is both theoretical and practical. The theoretical part includes chapters which are closely related to sexual assistance. This chapter focuses on four specific attitudes. In the next, second chapter I deal with the concept of sexuality and also the taboo with which sexuality is connected. This chapter is about attitudes towards sexuality, specifically for people with learning disabilities. I also describe the myths and prejudices which are connected with sexuality of people with learning disability. In the chapter I also mention the topic of sexual education, principles of education and prevention. The description of sexual assistance is summarized in third chapter. The chapter includes an organization dealing with sexual assistance in the Czech Republic, a division of sexual assistance, legal status of sexual assistance. There is also information about the training of sexual assistants. The chapter also describes the practical part of the establishment of this assistance. The practical part includes a description of the method chosen for the research. It also describes the utilized methods, the technique of data collection, and the selection of sample and the means of data analysis. I also deal with questions of ethics of the research and potential weak points of the thesis. The next section answers the research questions. There are results and discussion. For greater authenticity, I mostly used direct quotes of the respondents.
