Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou domácího násilí, konkrétně pak obětí a celkovém řešení domácího násilí. První část vymezuje především teoretické vysvětlení problematiky, základní pojmy a legislativu. Naopak druhá část je zaměřena na řešení problematiky domácího násilí v praxi Policií ČR. V závěru práce je zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka a prezentace možných návrhů a opatření.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the issues of domestic violence, specifically its victims and the overall solution of domestic violence. The first part defines mainly the theoretical explanation of the issue, basic terms and legislation.
