Public bodies records management, its control, and posibilities of reformation

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce Kontrola spisové služby veřejnoprávního původce a možnosti nápravy se soustředí na defekty správy dokumentů a možnosti jejich odhalení veřejnosprávní kontrolou. Analyzuje témata kontrol, typy kontrolovaných veřejnoprávních původců a další parametry, a to na příkladu kontrolní činnosti dvou úřadů státního dozoru v oboru archivnictví a spisové služby: Státního oblastního archivu v Třeboni a Zemského archivu v Opavě. Kromě statistik přináší i vhled do projevů nesprávného vedení spisové služby původci a shrnuje základní postupy spojené s nápravou stavu.

Abstract:

The Bachelor's Thesis Examination of the Records Management of the Public-Law Originator and the Possibility of Rectification focuses on the defects of records management and the possibility of their detection via public-law examination. It analyses the topics of examinations, types of examining public-law originators, and other parameters, including the examining activities of two state monitoring offices in the fields of archival science and records management; namely the State Regional Archive in Trebon and the Provincial Archives in Opava. Apart from statistics, it provides insight into displays of the incorrect administration of records management by originators and summarises the basic processes associated with rectifying this condition.
