Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou brownfieldů na území vybraných obcí regionu Moravskotřebovska a Jevíčska. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na odbornou literaturu týkající se brownfieldů. V praktické části jsou analyzovány vybrané brownfieldy. Předmětem zkoumání byly základní informace o objektech, jejich předchozí využití, případné negativní vlivy na životní prostředí a představy o možné revitalizaci těchto objektů. V závěru práce jsou popsány představy starostů o nových využitích brownfieldů a jeden vlastní návrh na revitalizaci vybraného brownfieldu.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of brownfields in selected municipalities in the Moravskotřebovsko and Jevíčsko regions. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part focuses on professional literature related to brownfields. The practical part analyzes selected brownfields. The subject of the research was basic information about the facilities, their previous use, potential negative impacts on the environment, and ideas for possible revitalization of these facilities. In the conclusion of the thesis, the mayors' ideas about new uses for brownfields are described, along with a personal proposal for the revitalization of a selected brownfield.
