Bakalářská práce pojednává o asertivitě jako vhodném nekonfliktním stylu jednání. V první a druhé části jsem shrnul teoretické poznatky o asertivitě a komunikačních dovednostech. V závěrečné části jsem naznačil možnosti, jak je možné využít metody aktivního sociálního učení k získání asertivních dovedností. The bachelor thesis deals with assertiveness as an appropriate style of behaviour. In the first two chapters I summarize theoretical information about assertiveness and communicational skills. In the last part of the thesis I outline the possible use of the method of active social learning in order to obtain assertive skills.
