A role of a teacher at the first grade and the solution of educational difficulties

Abstract:

Učitel má důležitou roli při utváření pozitivního klimatu třídy, jež přispívá k minimalizaci nekázně a výchovných problémů na školách. Práce popisuje pozici učitele při řešení výchovných potíží s žáky na prvním stupni základní školy, okolnosti, na které je třeba při řešení výchovných problémů brát ohled, jako jsou osobnosti žáků, jejich specifické rysy a zázemí, ze kterého pocházejí. Svou roli má taktéž samotné prostředí školy, kde dochází k socializaci a interakci mezi žáky a učitelem, mezi žáky navzájem. Učitel má k dispozici výchovné prostředky, kázeňská opatření a ostatní pedagogické pracovníky školy, se kterými spolupracuje.

Abstract:

The role of a teacher is vital in creating positive atmosphere in a class, which contributes to minimisation of misbehaviour and educational difficulties in schools. The thesis describes the position of a teacher in resolving educational difficulties of pupils at the primary stage of their education, as well as circumstances which need to be considered in resolving educational difficulties, such as individual personalities of the pupils, their specific traits and backgrounds. The specific environment of the schools also plays an important role, whereby socialisation, and teacher-pupil and pupil-pupil interaction occurs. There are various edifying means available to the teacher, as well as disciplinary measures and other pedagogical employees of the school, with whom they collaborate.
