V této práci se čtenář může podrobně seznámit s úpravou zásady volného hodnocení důkazů a právem na spravedlivý proces v civilním procesu. Rovněž jsou zde nastíněny související otázky dokazování a odůvodnění civilního rozhodnutí. Práce se dále soustředí na problematiku tzv. opomenutých důkazů. In this thesis, the leader can obtain detailed knowledge of Czech regulation of the principle of free evaluation of evidence and of the right to a fair trial in civil procedure. It also outlines related issues of evidence and justification of civil decisions. The thesis also focuses on the issue of the omitted evidence.
