Bakalářská práce s názvem Implementace nových poznatků do praxe sester v nemocničních zařízeních, obsahuje teoretickou část zabývající se vzděláním sester, legislativou a managementem v ošetřovatelství, problematikou výzkumu v ošetřovatelství a ošetřovatelskou praxí založenou na důkazech (EBN). Abstract:
The thesis "Implementation new knowledges into the practice of nurses at the hospitals" comprises of the theoretical part, education of nurses, legislativ and management in nursing, nursing research and Evidence Based Nursing. In the empirici part was the main objektive examination to determine access to nurses and management to implement new knowledge into clinical practice.
