Maintenance and use of electric cars and hybrid vehicles

Abstract:

V současnosti je registrován globálně významný nárůst lidské populace, počtu vozidel a souvisejícího zintenzivnění dopravního provozu. Tento trend generuje řadu negativních environmentálních důsledků. V reakci na snížení emisí skleníkových plynů země Evropské unie je stále více poskytována podpora zavádění elektromobilů a hybridních vozidel. Tato vozidla se odlišují od spalovacích vozidel v mnoha aspektech, jako např. v pořizovací ceně, konstrukci pohonných částí vozidla, údržbě vozidla, ekologických dopadech, aj. Práce přináší přehled údržby a provozu elektromobility od její historie přes konstrukční popis typů vozidel na elektrický pohon, vč. elektromotorů a autobaterií, po aktuální dotační podporu. Dotazníkové šetření bylo zpracováno pro získání názoru od širší veřejnosti na elektromobilitu. Získané výsledky ukazují, že většina respondentů vlastní auta na spalovací pohon (54,7 %), jiná část respondentů vlastní elektromobily a hybridy (13,2 %) a zbývající část respondentů uvedla, že nevlastní žádný automobil (32,1 %). Mezi nejdůležitější faktory ovlivňující nákup elektromobilů a hybridních vozidel patří pořizovací cena a dojezd vozidla. Elektromobilita je velice diskutované téma. Pro budoucí rozvoj bude nezbytné vyřešit aktuální rezervy elektromobility a podpořit kapacitně i technicky současnou infrastrukturu.

Abstract:

Currently, there is a significant increase in the human population, the number of vehicles and the associated increase in traffic. This trend generates a number of negative environmental consequences. In response to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions of the European Union countries, support for the introduction of electric and hybrid vehicles is increasingly being provided. These vehicles differ from internal combustion vehicles in many aspects, such as purchase price, design of vehicle propulsion components, vehicle maintenance, environmental impact, etc. This paper provides an overview of the maintenance and operation of electric mobility, from its history to a design description of electric vehicle types, including electric motors and car batteries, to current subsidy support. A questionnaire survey was developed to obtain the views of the general public on electromobility. The results obtained show that the majority of respondents own combustion-powered cars (54.7%), another part of respondents own electric and hybrid vehicles (13.2%) and the remaining part of respondents stated that they do not own any car (32.1%). The most important factors influencing the purchase of electric and hybrid vehicles are the purchase price and the range of the vehicle. Electromobility is a highly debated topic. For future development, it will be necessary to address the current reserves of electromobility and to support the current infrastructure in terms of capacity and technology.
