Diplomová práca je zameraná na vývoj produktov a služieb privátneho bankovníctva. V prvej kapitole je teoreticky opísaný pojem privátne bankovníctvo, jeho subjekty, produkty a služby a vzťahy medzi bankárom a klientom.
