Abstract:

Bakalářská práce věnuje pozornost založení společnosti XY s.r.o. a sestavením obchodního plánu v inovační oblasti technologie 3D tisku včetně jako finanční stránky. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretických východiscích jsou specifikovány SME, přínos inovací a Průmyslu 4.0 a je nastíněna struktura podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části je vytvořen podnikatelský záměr pro konkrétní společnost prostřednictvím analýz tržního prostředí a finanční strategie. Konečným výstupem práce je zhodnocení obchodního záměru a navrhnuta doporučení pro další stabilní rozvoj a konkureschopnost.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis pays attention to the establishment of the company XY Ltd. and drawing up a business plan in the innovative field of 3D printing technology, including as a financial site. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical basis specifies SMEs, the benefits of innovation and Industry 4.0 and outlines the structure of the business plan. In the practical part, a business plan for a specific company is created through analyses of the market environment and financial strategy. The final output of the work is the evaluation of the business plan and proposed recommendations for further stable development and competitive.
