Bakalářská práce se věnuje hodnocení kvality výrobků a služeb v rámci zavedeného systému managementu kvality ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu. V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou vysvětleny pojmy kvalita, řízení kvality a odlišnosti ve vlastnostech výrobku a služby.
