Shopping behaviour of countryside consumer

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu možností nákupu v Kolinci a okolních obcích a zkoumá chování obyvatel při nákupu potravin a dalších každodenních potřeb. Teoretická část pojednává o obchodě, nákupnímu chování, venkovských oblastech a jejich občanské vybavenosti. Praktická část popisuje obchodní infrastrukturu v Kolinci a v klíčových lokalitách, a také nákupní možnosti pro obyvatele sousedních obcí. Poté je i uvedena metodika výzkumu. Hlavní část práce se pak věnuje výzkumu nákupního chování obyvatel a byla provedena pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky poskytují informace o preferencích zákazníků a jejich nákupnímu chování v daných lokalitách, například jakou formu prodejny preferují, jak hodnotí své nákupní možnosti ve své obci, jaký mají postoj k nakupování zboží každodenní potřeby na internu a jestli by vítali otevření nové prodejny v místě jejich bydliště. V závěru byli popsána doporučení, které by autorka dala zkoumaným obcím.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis focuses on analyzing shopping opportunities in Kolinec and the surrounding villages and examines the behavior of residents when purchasing food and other daily needs. The theoretical part deals with retail, shopping behavior, rural areas and their civic amenities. The practical part describes the business infrastructure in Kolinec and in key locations, as well as shopping opportunities for residents of neighboring villages. Then the research methodology is presented. The main part of the work is devoted to the research of the shopping behavior of the population and was carried out using a questionnaire survey. The results provide information about customers' preferences and their shopping behavior in given locations, for example, what form of store they prefer, how they evaluate their shopping options in their village, what is their attitude towards buying everyday goods online and whether they would welcome the opening of a new store in their place of residence. In the conclusion, the author's recommendations to the investigated villages were described.
