Improvement of Management Accounting System of the Organization

Abstract:

Cílem mé diplomové práce je rozebrat způsob vedení kalkulace a rozpočetnictví v konkrétní organizaci, zhodnotit poskytované informace konkrétní firmou a ze srovnání stávající situace s teoretickými doporučeními odborné literatury vyvodit možná doporučení pro zlepšení stávajícího stavu. Teoretická část seznamuje čtenáře se základními subsystémy manažerského účetnictví. V praktické části se analyzuje kalkulace a alokace nákladů krmných směsí. Důraz byl také kladen na identifikaci použitých metod a doporučení jejich možných úprav. Další část praktické části se zaměřila na rozbor aplikace rozpočtů v konkrétní firmě.

Abstract:

The aim of my thesis is to analyze the way of calculation and budgeting in a particular organization, evaluate the information provided by a specific company and from the comparison of the current situation with the theoretical recommendations of the scientific literature to draw possible recommendations for improving the current situation. The theoretical part introduces to the readers the basic subsystems of management accounting. The practical part analyzes the calculation and allocation of costs on animal feed. Emphasis was also placed on identifying the methods used and to give an advice of their possible adjustments. Another part of the practical part is focused on the analysis of budget application in the specific company.
