Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám oblastmi řízení lidských zdrojů, vycházejících z teoretických modelů. Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část se věnuje teoretickým modelům a jejich oblastem. Druhá část této práce vyhodnocuje současnou situaci tykající se řízení lidských zdrojů v konkrétním malém podniku. This bachelor thesis deals with areas of human resources management following from theoretical models. The thesis is divided into two parts.
