Město Brno v 19. století prošlo velice významným a dodnes zásadním urbanistickým rozvojem. Na tomto se podílely jak domácí, tak zahraniční architekti. Avšak někteří zůstávají dodnes poměrně málo známými a nebo se téměř ztratily mezi ostatními osobnostmi. The city of Brno had underwent a very important and still for today significant urban development. Both domestic and foreign architects participated in this.
