Prudence principle in the accounting (reserves - accounting and taxation view)

Abstract:

V teoretické části práce je proveden popis zásady opatrnosti a nástrojů zásady opatrnosti s důrazem na účetní a daňové rezervy. Dále je v teoretické části popsána podstata odložené daně.V praktické části práce je provedena analýza 78 společnosti a zjišťováno, zda dodržují zásadu opatrnosti využíváním rezerv a odložené daně.U vybraných společností je analyzována tvorba a vykazování rezerv, dále účtování o odložené dani a jaké dopady má dodržování zásady opatrnosti na analyzované společnosti

Abstract:

In the theoretical part of the thesis, there are described principles of wariness and instruments of the principles of wariness focused on accounting and tax reserves. In the theoretical part, there is also described the substance of the postponed tax.In the practical part of the thesis, there is analysed 78 companies and investigated if the principle of wariness is obeyed by using the reserves and the postponed tax.In the chosen companies, there is analyzed the production and usage of the reserves. Then is also analyzed the accounting for postponed tax and how the respecting of the principles of wariness influences these analyzed companies.
