Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá stresem a zátěží studentů na střední škole tzv. školní zátěží. V teoretické části v první kapitole jsou obsažené základní pojmy. V druhé kapitole je popsáno, jak na žáky stres působí. Třetí kapitola se věnuje žákům a jejich prožívání školní zátěže. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky anonymního průzkumu pomocí dotazníků. Průzkum probíhal na pěti školách z toho na dvou soukromých gymnáziích, dvou soukromých středních školách s maturitou a jedné veřejné střední škole s maturitou. Cílem bylo zjistit jaký je aktuální stav vnímání stresu žáky střední školy Žáci byli dotazováni na věk, pohlaví, typ střední školy, těšení se do školy, trému, stres ve škole, jak se žáci brání proti stresu a jak stres zvládají, komu se žáci svěřují a jestli je stres motivuje k lepší přípravě do školy a poslední otázka zjišťovala, jak podporují žáky jejich rodiče.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis is focused on student stress levels in high schools, so-called school stress. The theoretical part of the first chapter contains the essential concepts. The second chapter describes how stress affects the students. The third chapter contains information about students and their experience with school stress. The practical part covers the results of an anonymous survey in the form of a questionnaire. The survey took place at five schools consisting of two private grammar schools, two private high schools (with graduation) and one public school (with graduation). The goal of this survey is to figure out what is the actual state of recognizing school stress by high school students. The students were asked for their age, gender, the field of the high school, if they look forward to going to the school, stage-fright, school stress, how do they fight the stress and how they are doing in terms of that, if they confide to someone with it and if the stress motivates them to better prepare on the lessons. The last question of this survey was how the parents of the students support them.
