Vertical rescue and helicopter rope access operation training comparison

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výcvikem lezeckých a leteckých záchranářů v rámci jednotek integrovaného záchranného systému v Jihomoravském kraji, zahrnující základní složky jako Hasičský záchranný sbor, Leteckou záchrannou službu, Policii České republiky, a ostatních složek jako speleologická záchranná služba, nebo báňská záchranná služba, jejíchž hlavní působností je záchrana osob z exponovaných míst za pomocí lanových technik. Seznamuje čtenáře s teorií práce ve výškách a nad volnou hloubkou, kterou si každý příslušník výše jmenovaných sborů musí v různé šíři projít, tak aby v praxi mohl těchto dovedností využívat při výkonu práce ve výšce a nad volnou hloubkou. Seznamuje čtenáře se základními materiály používaných při práci s lany, základními způsoby vyproštění osob z těžko exponovaných míst. Praktická část zkoumá za pomoci instruktorů a velitelů lezeckých skupin, výcvik příslušníků v jednotlivých složkách, následně tato data analyzuje a porovnává časový rozsah a objem vědomostí a znalostí, které musí lezec z každé složky ovládat.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the training of climbing and air rescuers within the units of the Integrated Rescue System in the South Moravian Region, including basic components such as the Fire Rescue Corps, Air Rescue Service, Police of the Czech Republic, and other components of Integrated rescue system such as speleological rescue service or mining rescue service. The main activity is the rescue of people from exposed places with the help of rope techniques. It acquaints the reader with the theory of work at heights and above free depth, which each member of the above-mentioned corpses must go through in different widths, so that in practice he can use these skills in performing work at heights and above free depth. It acquaints the reader with the basic materials used in working with ropes, the basic ways of rescuing people from hard-to-expose places. The practical part, with the help of instructors and commanders of climbing groups, examines the training of members in individual components, then analyzes this data and compares the time range between the various qualifications that a climbing rescuer must go through to perform this work.
