Time management and its influence on work efficiency

Abstract:

This work is dedicated to the current issue of time management. In the first part deals with the issue of time management and its developments, as well as those of major representatives of management to deal with that problem. (names). Anothe r part of this work is to determine how effectively managers plan their time and how managers use their time working in companies in Slovakia. To obtain the relevant documents are used survey methodology using a standardized questionnaire. The questionnaire follows the confirmation of hypotheses defined in the work and shows how managers are familiar with the principles of time management and how to use it in their practical activities.

Abstract:

Práca je venovaná aktuálnej problematike time manažmentu. V jej prvej časti sa zaoberá otázkou riadenia času a jeho vývoja, ako aj názory významných predstaviteľov manažmentu na riešenie uvedenej problematiky (mená). Ďalšou súčasťou práce je zistiť, ako efektívne manažéri plánujú svoj čas a ako manažéri využívajú svoj pracovný čas v podnikateľských subjektoch na Slovensku. Na získanie relevantných podkladov je použitá metodika prieskumu s využitím štandardizovaného dotazníka. Dotazník sleduje potvrdenie hypotéz definovaných v práci a ukazuje ako manažéri poznajú zásady time manažmentu, a ako ho využívajú vo svojej praktickej činnosti.
