Práce se zabývá organizací a chodem kulturního života v obci s rozšířenou působností – Bystřici nad Pernštejnem. Dotýká se kulturních zvyklostí a analyzuje současný stav. The thesis focuses on the organisation and running of cultural life in a community with extended powers – Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. It addresses cultural customs and analyses the status quo. It deals, in more detail, with institutions providing cultural activities, such as the Community Centre, the Municipal Museum and unincorporated associations.
