Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, zda a v jaké míře se uplatňují polarizační tendence na trhu práce v členských státech EU. V první části je vysvětleno, co je obsahem polarizace na trhu práce, jaké jsou důvody jejího výskytu i to, jaké důsledky polarizace vyvolává. The aim of the thesis is to determine whether and to what extent polarising trends in the labour market in the EU.
