Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje právní úpravu rodinného závodu § 700 až § 707 občanského zákoníku, která vešla v platnost rokem 2014, identifikaci výhod a nevýhod této právní úpravy a jeho rozšíření v podnikání. Dále analyzuje veškeré právní souvislosti fungování rodinného závodu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis analyses the legal regulation of the family enterprise § 700 to § 707 of the Civil Code, which has come into force since 2014, identification of advantages and disadvantages of this legal regulation and its extension in the business. It further analyses all the legal context of the working of the family enterprise.
