Cílem této diplomové práce bylo stanovit antimikrobní působení různých medů na vybrané gramnegativní bakterie. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vlastnosti a složky medu související s jeho antimikrobní a antioxidační kapacitou, dále obsahuje kapitolu zabývající se mikrobiologií medu a jeho potencionálním využitím v medicíně, poslední kapitola se věnuje dalším včelím produktům a jejich využití. The aim of this diploma thesis was to determine the antimicrobial effect of various honeys on selected gram-negative bacteria. The theoretical part focuses on the properties and components of honey related to its antimicrobial and antioxidant capacity, thesis also contains a chapter dealing with the microbiology of honey and its potential use in medicine, the last chapter deals with other bee products …more
