Bakalářská práce Biorytmy zdravotních sester pracujících na jednotkách intenzivní péče je zaměřena na 3 zkoumané oblasti a to výživu, spánek a volný čas při práci na směny. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda se sestry stravují pravidelně, zda mají problémy se spánkem, jak využívají svůj volný čas a zda mají nějaké zdravotní potíže v souvislosti s prací na směny. Bachelor thesis Biorhythms nurses? working in intensive care units is focused on three areas surveyed and nutrition, sleep and leisure time while working in shifts. The goal is to determine whether the sisters eat regularly, whether they have sleep problems, how spend their free time and if they have any health problems related to shift work.
