Fundamental Duties of Employees and Employers Arising from an Employment Relationship
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá základními povinnostmi zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele vyplývajícími z pracovního poměru. Cílem práce je zejména uvést jednotlivé povinnosti subjektů pracovněprávního vztahu a zamyslet se nad tím, zda je subjektům poskytnuta možnost smluvního odchýlení od zákona.
Abstract:
This Thesis concerns with the basic obligations of the employee and employer, which follow from the labor relation. The aim of this Thesis is, in particular, to state separate obligations of the labor-law relation’s subjects and to think about if the possibility of the contractual deviation from the law is granted to these subjects.
