Cílem této diplomové práce je uplatnění Modelu excelence EFQM ve společnosti Moravia Cans a.s. The aim of this diploma thesis is using The EFQM Excellence Model in the company Moravia Cans a.s. The theoretical part of the work is dealing with knowledge from the area of quality assurance, Total Quality Management and mainly with The Excellence Model EFQM, which is one of the TQM´s application tools in pratice.
