Abstract:
Teoretická část popisuje vznik, vývoj, význam a základní pojmy manažerského účetnictví se zaměřením na náklady a kalkulace. Praktické řešení využívá teoretickou část k přehodnocení nákladů zakázek a návrhu efektivnějšího členění nákladů.
Abstract:
Theoretical part of my thesis describes origins, evolution, meaning and the basic term of managerial accounting with the focus on costs and calculations. Pracktical part of my thesis follows the theoretical part to revaluate costs of orders and proposes more efficient cost splitting management.
