Diagnostics of motor performance in school-aged floorball players from the club FBC Liberec

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je realizovat diagnostiku motorických schopností a dovedností v klubu FBC Liberec u hráček školního věku. Syntéza poznatků je zaměřena na testování motorické výkonnosti nejen ve florbalu, ale také v jiných sportech (fotbal, basketbal, hokej), hlavně ale popisuje přístup ve florbalově nejvyspělejších zemí. Otestováno bylo celkem 50 hráček ze třech kategorií z florbalového klubu FBC Liberec (mladší žákyně, starší žákyně, dorostenky). K testování byla použita testová sestava od Českého florbalu. Využity byly tři kondiční (sprint 20 metrů, skok z místa a Illinois agility bez florbalky) a čtyři technické testy (přihrávky z pohybu, střelba, Illinois agility s florbalkou a manipulace s míčkem). V testech dosahují hráčky v porovnání s normami Českého florbalu obecně průměrné nebo lehce podprůměrné úrovně. Nejlepšího průměrného výsledku dosáhly hráčky starších žákyň v případě sprintu na 20 metrů s 3,27 sekundami a dorostenky, které dosáhly výsledku 3,29 sekund. Výsledky slouží k budoucímu vytvoření norem pro klubovou úroveň. Dále jsou výsledky předány trenérům testovaných kategorií pro přehled a případné zlepšení tréninkového procesu.

Abstract:

The main focus of this bachelor thesis is to conduct a diagnosis of motor skills and abilities in the club FBC Liberec in school-age female players. The synthesis of the findings is focused on testing motor performance not only in floorball but also in other sports (football, basketball, ice-hockey), but mainly describes the approach in the most advanced countries. A total of 50 players from three female categories of the FBC Liberec floorball club (younger pupils, older pupils and adolescents) were tested. The testing utilized a test kit provided by the Czech Floorball Association. Test kit comprising three conditioning tests (20 m sprint, high jump and Illinois agility without floorball stick) and four technical tests (passing on the move, shooting, Illinois agility with floorball and ball handling). In the tests, the players generally perform at an average or slightly below average level compared to the Czech Floorball standards. The best average results were achieved by the older female pupil in the 20-meter sprint with a time of 3.27 seconds and the adolescent female player with a time of 3.29 seconds. The results are used to establish future standards for the club level. Furthermore, the results are given to the coaches of the tested categories for review and possible improvement of the training process.
