Bakalářská práce se zabývá aspekty výběru tradičních pokrmů a potravin. V teoretické části jsou popsány složky potravy a dále pak vývoj tradiční lidové stravy v období 19. století až do současnosti. Praktická část obsahuje vyhodnocení sestaveného dotazníku týkající se prvků výběru tra-dičních pokrmů a potravin, který byl vyplněn respondenty. Abstract:
The bachelor´s thesis deals with aspects of the choosing traditional food and meals. In theorethical part are described the elements of food and then the development of traditional folk food in the 19th century to the prezent.
