Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem ochrany spotřebitele v Evropské unii. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda je ochrana spotřebitelů dostatečně účinná a také představit to, jakým způsobem je dodržování právních předpisů na ochranu spotřebitelů v EU vymáháno.
