This diploma thesis analyzes the current state of urban public transportaition in four cities in Czech republic regions: České Budějovice, Olomouc, Pardubice and Ústí nad Labem. These county cities have similar functionality in region. Theoretical part of thesis is focused on suburbanization and categorization of public transport systems and their role to service inhabitans.
