Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o malých molekulách RNA u grampozitivních bakterií. Ty jsou v současné době předmětem intenzivního výzkumu díky pokročilým sekvenačním metodám umožňujícím podrobnější studium transkriptomu. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with small RNA molecules in Gram-positive bacteria. They are currently subject of intense research due to advanced sequencing technologies allowing the better study of transcriptome. It focus on noncoding RNA molecules, summarises the latest findings about small regulatory RNAs, its significance and mechanism of action.
