Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je věnována analýze organizační kultury ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem této práce je analyzovat organizační kulturu na OSPOD v Děčíně na oddělení kurátorů, identifikace rizikových faktorů a návrh změn a opatření vedoucích ke změně současného stavu.
