Bakalářská práce představuje hotel Intercontinental Praha. Popisuje hotelový řetězec IHG. Dále vysvětluje pojmy management,motivace,kolektivní smlouva. Následně analyzuje motivační a sociální program zaměstnanců ve vybraném hotelu.
Abstract:
Bachelor´s thesis presents the hotel InterContinental Prague. Describes the hotel chain IHG. Explains concepts such as management, motivation and collective agreement. Analyzes the social and motivational program in the selected hotel.
