Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zjistit, jakou mají vojáci z povolání úspěšnost na trhu práce při odchodu do zálohy. Důraz je kladen především na rekvalifikační kurzy, které jsou nabízeny ministerstvem obrany a úřadem práce České republiky. This bachelor's thesis aims to determine the successfulness of active-duty soldiers in the labor market when leaving the reserve. Retraining courses offered by the Ministry of Defense and the Labor Office of the Czech Republic are the main emphasis.
