Human Rights Protection in EU Law
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je nastínit vývoj ochrany lidských práv v právu Evropské unie v historickém kontextu, dále v současnosti a cestu k vytvoření jednotného katalogu lidských práv, Listiny základních práv EU. V jedné z kapitol se práce zabývá i vztahem Listiny a EU k systému ochrany lidských práv zavedeném Radou Evropy, zejména k Úmluvě o lidských právech.

The aim of this thesis is to outline the development of human rights in European Union law in a historical context, as in the present and the way to create a single catalog of human rights, the Charter of Fundamental Rights.
