Tato diplomová práce se zabývá sémiotikou a symbolikou v právu. Cílem je objasnit problematiku sémiotiky a přiblížit konkrétní symboly důležité pro náš právní systém i právo jako takové jak v dnešní době, tak z pohledu historického. This thesis deals with semiotics and symbols in law. The goal of this thesis is to bring light onto issues of semiotics and to educate about specific symbols that are important to Czech legal system both nowadays and from historical perspective.
