Sparkling wine produktion in the Czech republic
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je porovnání výroby šumivých vín v České republice a ve světě, zejména v Champagne, s ohledem na používané odrůdy. Popisuje celý proces výroby šumivých vín klasickou metodou, včetně použití enologických přípravků. Následně je uveden pokus srovnávající sekty vyrobené z různých odrůd révy vinné a grafické porovnání výsledků.Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare the production of sparkling wines in the Czech Republic and in the world, especially in Champagne, with regard to the varieties used.
