The issue of damages caused by the employer of employee in the field of employment law, taking into account the existing legal regulation
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou náhrady škody v oblasti pracovního práva. Charakterizuje institut právní odpovědnosti a odpovědnosti v pracovním právu. Zaměřuje se na prevenci a popisuje jednotlivé skutkové podstaty odpovědnosti jak u zaměstnance, tak u zaměstnavatele včetně rozsahu a způsobu náhrady škody.
Abstract:
Diploma work deals with compensation of a damage in the czech labour law. It characterizes concept of legal liability which includes the definition of labour law liability. It focus on prevention and describes the different types of liability of employee and emloyer for damage
