Civil Procedure Based on Claims Arising from a Bill of Exchange
Abstract:
Předkládané práce se věnuje směnečnému soudnímu řízení, jeho procesní úpravě a s přihlédnutím ke speciální hmotně právní úpravě směnek. Dále se věnuje možnosti praktického využití směnek ve spotřebitelských vztazích, a to nejen v České republice, ale i na Slovensku, v Rakousku a v Německu.
Abstract:
The submitted work deals with civil procedure based on claims arising from bills of exchange, and taking into account the special substantive lew regulation of bills of exchange. It also deals with the practical use of a bill of exchange in consumer relations, not only in the Czech Republic but also in the Slovak Republic, Austria and Federal Republic of Germany.
