Abstract:

Zemědělské brownfields jsou nejčastějším typem brownfields v České republice. Jejich úspěšná revitalizace je poměrně vzácná, neboť malé obce, kde se tyto brownfields většinou nacházejí, nemají dostatek finančních prostředků na jejich řešení. Předmětem této práce je popis a zhodnocení konverze zemědělského brownfields na venkovskou podnikatelskou zónu v Třanovicích. Hlavním cílem práce je popsat přeměnu zemědělského brownfields na podnikatelskou zónu a posoudit ekonomické, environmentální a sociální důsledky realizace tohoto projektu. Teoretická část se zabývá základní problematikou brownfields, popisuje příčiny jejich vzniku, dělení, klasifikaci a důvody revitalizace. Aplikační část se zabývá charakteristikou zájmového území, výchozí situací řešeného území, průběhem přeměny brownfileds na podnikatelskou zónu, vysvětluje role zúčastněných aktérů, posuzuje důsledky realizace projektu a jednotlivě popisuje realizované projekty.

Abstract:

Agrarian brownfields are the most common types of brownfields in the Czech Republic. A successful revitalisation of the brownfields is rather rare, because small villages with the largest number of occurrence of the brownfields do not usually possess enough financial means to deal with them. The subject matter of this thesis is a description and evaluation of the agrarian brownfields' conversion to a business zone in Třanovice. The main aim of the thesis is to describe the conversion of the agrarian brownfields into a business zone and to assess the economic, environmental and social consequences of such project. The theoretical part deals with the essential issues, describes the causes of the brownfields formation, their division, classification and reasons for their revitalisation. The application part classifies the area in question, its original condition, follows the process of the transformation of the brownfields into a business zone, explains the role of the participants and evaluates the results of the revitalisation. Individual implemented project are herein described, too.
